  • What are the OHS Benefits?

    With the Haymate Range there is now no longer a reason to be jumping on/off the back of the Ute or trailer whilst the vehicle is in low range to feed the livestock. 


  • What bearings and hydraulics do you use?

    All bearings are a range of SKF bearings and are the same size making it easy for the farmer only having to carry minimal bearings for this machine. All hydraulic components are easy to find hydraulics that can be sourced in almost any hydraulic store. 

  • What does the remote control system do?

    The current lodar remote control can stop and start the engine and also activate the choke for cold start. The remote control also activates the rotor drive and operates the conveyor to move the feed-stock to the lifting bed. 


  • What warranty does Haymate have?

    We have a 12 month manufactures warranty on the parts of the Haymate we fabricate ourselves at All Custom Engineering Fabrication. All parts excluded from this we will warrant their warranty. We will replace the part and deal with the supplier for you. 


  • Who can operate the Haymate?

    Almost anyone of any age can operate the Haymate. It is not recommended that person under the age of 16 operate the machine. Only requires one person to operate, reducing labour costs.

I bought the Haymate to save time and labour as we are getting older. After cutting mainly silage hay in 2022, my next problem was feeding stock. After seeing All Custom Engineering’s Haymate and speaking to other owners of the Haymate I had to have one. I can’t believe the time it's saving me feeding my stock and the easy and safety components of the whole machine. It is absolutely brilliant. The way the machine feeds the hay out, at a rate of your choice. The stock does not leave a single piece of hay behind. I’ve been feeding square silage, 8x4 cereal hay, and round bales with the Haymate and have not found a single fault or anything it can’t do. The haymate has made feeding our stock an absolute pleasure, instead of a chore. We feed lambing ewes through summer & autumn with square & round bale silage. The haymate can carry multiple bales, and towed with a telehandler carrying 2 more bales, it makes the whole process extremely efficient for just one person. It means a tremendous saving in labour, and time. It is extremely well built, and the remotes make the machine a must-have for all feed-out operations. Well done, Andrew!
